Terms & Conditions – iyabet User Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Indonesian domestic law sets the minimum legal age for participation in gambling-related activities at 21. iyabet strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Personal Use Only: You must register and use the Account solely for your own personal, recreational entertainment. Commercial exploitation, acting on behalf of third parties, and syndicate betting using shared accounts are strictly prohibited.
• One Account Per Person: You are permitted to hold only one Account on iyabet. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Jurisdiction: You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your country or territory of residence. iyabet does not warrant that access to the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited do so at their own risk and legal liability.
• Not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP): You confirm that you are not a government official, senior political figure, or immediate family member thereof who would be classified as a Politically Exposed Person under applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of Services available on iyabet, you must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card, KTP, or passport), valid email address, mobile phone number, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activities that occur under your Account. iyabet strongly recommends using a unique, complex password not used on other websites. You must notify iyabet support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Account Integrity: Your Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow access to your Account by any third party. iyabet reserves the right to close Accounts found to be shared or transferred.
• Email Verification: Account activation requires confirmation of your email address via a verification link sent to the email provided during registration. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days may be deactivated.
• Currency Selection: iyabet processes all transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). This selection is applied automatically for all users accessing the platform from Indonesia and cannot be changed after initial setup without contacting customer support.

4 KYC Verification

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) standards, iyabet is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawal requests. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

• Required Documents: Users must submit a clear, legible copy of: (a) a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport); (b) a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your registered address, dated within the last three months; and (c) where required, a copy of the payment method used (e.g., bank account statement header showing your name and account number).
• Verification Timeline: iyabet aims to complete KYC reviews within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documents. You will be notified by email once verification is complete or if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawal Hold: Withdrawal requests submitted prior to the completion of KYC verification will be placed on hold until the verification process is successfully concluded. iyabet is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing arising from incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.
• Ongoing Monitoring: iyabet reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time, including when a User's transaction patterns trigger internal AML review thresholds. Failure to comply with subsequent document requests may result in Account suspension.
• Data Protection: All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with iyabet's Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on iyabet are denominated and settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• iyabet accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, depending on the payment method used. iyabet is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your banking institution.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically without prior notice.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• iyabet does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which iyabet accepts no liability.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours during standard operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• Withdrawals are paid exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered under your verified name. Payments to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is stated on the withdrawal page. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• iyabet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the standard processing time. Users will be informed if such a review is initiated.
• Withdrawals are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4. Accounts with incomplete KYC will have withdrawals suspended until verification is finalized.
• Any balance derived from Bonus Funds must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus-linked amounts.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

iyabet offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available exclusively to registered, verified Users who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available once per User, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (turnover multiplier) that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the relevant promotion's specific terms and conditions.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are published alongside each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to a time limit from the date the bonus is credited. Bonus Funds not used and wagering requirements not met within this period will be automatically forfeited. The applicable time limit is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While active Bonus Funds remain in your Account, a maximum bet limit per round or per transaction applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the voiding of bonus-derived winnings. The applicable maximum bet amount is specified in individual promotion terms.
• Abuse and Collusion: iyabet reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion, use of automated software, or any other form of fraudulent activity intended to exploit promotional offers unfairly.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Offers: iyabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses already credited to User Accounts prior to the modification.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the iyabet platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by iyabet. iyabet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event or market that has been suspended, or where the odds displayed were the result of a technical error.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, game type, and User Account status.
• Sports Betting — Settlement: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., BRI Liga 1 official standings, FIFA match results). iyabet's decision on settlement is final in cases of dispute. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct; any voided selection reduces the accumulator by one leg using the applicable void rule.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted up to the moment the relevant market is closed. iyabet is not responsible for bets placed after an event has concluded due to network latency or connection issues on the User's end.
• Lottery and Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games on iyabet are governed by the specific draw rules published on the relevant game page. Draw results are final and non-contestable once officially published.
• Slot and Casino Games: All slot and live casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during active gameplay or bet placement, iyabet's server records shall be the definitive reference for resolving the outcome of any affected wager. iyabet's decision on such matters is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iyabet platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulently obtained personal information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Colluding with other players in any game — including but not limited to poker, live dealer tables, and sports trading — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in displayed odds, or pricing discrepancies ("arbing") in a systematic manner to generate guaranteed profits.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, while representing to iyabet that you are located in a permitted territory.
• Allowing, facilitating, or encouraging minors (individuals under 21 years of age) to access or use the platform through your Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing iyabet staff, customer support agents, or other users through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

iyabet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately, while a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a specified time period. The same cooling-off rules apply as for deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure alerts and automatic session terminations triggered by time spent on the platform.
• Reality Check Alerts: Periodic on-screen notifications remind Users of the duration and net result of their current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a temporary Account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks through the responsible gaming dashboard or by contacting support.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel that gambling has become a problem may request permanent self-exclusion, which closes the Account indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the iyabet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of iyabet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the iyabet platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of iyabet.
• The iyabet name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of iyabet. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iyabet, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the iyabet platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services; (c) errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content on the platform; or (d) your reliance on content or information published on the platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, Indonesian banking institutions, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Losses arising from events beyond iyabet's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, cyber-attacks, or internet infrastructure failures.

In all cases, iyabet's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

iyabet is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and forms part of the binding agreement between you and iyabet.

By registering an Account on iyabet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the processing of your identity documents for KYC purposes, transaction data for AML compliance, and usage data for platform improvement and personalized communications.

13 Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement governed by these Terms at any time:

• User-Initiated Closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting iyabet support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account balance (net of any pending Bonus Fund wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
• iyabet-Initiated Closure: iyabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) iyabet is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory order, or law enforcement directive; (c) your account activity is flagged by internal fraud or AML monitoring systems; or (d) iyabet determines that continued operation of your Account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform or other Users.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination for cause (breach of Terms), iyabet reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including Real Money Funds, where permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the severity of the breach. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the effective date of termination.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iyabet holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between you and iyabet, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under the governing law of iyabet's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, to the extent that those rights cannot be waived by contract.

15 Amendments

iyabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, iyabet will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the iyabet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with the process described in Clause 13.
